Home delivery – up to 7 business days

* Shipping costs 35 NIS and for purchases over 499, shipping is free!


Subject to shipping and returns regulations:

1. Final confirmation of the order will be sent only after checking the credit card indicated in the order and approval by the credit company, subject to the availability of products in stock. The delivery date will be determined from the date of approval of the transaction by the credit company.

2. If the order is not approved by the credit companies, the customer will receive an appropriate notification. In order to complete the order, the customer will be required to contact the website's customer service in order to arrange for the credit companies to approve the order.

For the avoidance of doubt, an action will be considered complete only after the customer provides the credit information.

3. The site will only deliver a product that has been paid in full by credit card as detailed above, to the address that the customer entered or provided at the time of ordering, within the deadline specified on the product page, unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping fees will be paid with payment for the product.

5. The store will not be responsible for any delay or delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events beyond its control, including strikes, Sabbaths, etc.

6. The specified product delivery times only include the calculation of business days (Sundays to Thursdays, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves and holidays)


Exchanges and returns:

In order to return or exchange an item, the original invoice must be presented and ensure that the item has not been worn, washed, damaged and has not been used in any way.

Returns and exchanges of items are at the customer's expense and will be given up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the package/SMS/WhatsApp message to collect the item from the store.

Please note that the item is returned with the original label attached to the garment and without damage or use of the item.

Purchase/exchange/return via a delivery service will be at the customer's expense. In the event of an exchange or a cash credit for a purchase on the site, the value will be given The item(s) is in stock.

Self-pickup from the store – An item ordered for self-pickup can be exchanged/returned within 14 days of receiving the notification that the order is ready for collection.


* Credit to the credit can be seen within 14 business days.


* Items priced below ₪50 cannot be exchanged or returned by law.


* The company will charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the product or transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower (Consumer Protection Regulations, Transaction Cancellation).


All items undergo quality control without exception before each shipment. If you receive a damaged item, we apologize for this and ask you to contact us immediately so that we can help you and take care of the issue. Inquiries regarding defects will be accepted up to 48 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment.

If you ordered an item from the site that is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to find you another item that suits you, or to provide a refund.
