In order to return or exchange an item, you must present an original invoice and make sure that the item has not been worn, not washed, not damaged and that it has not been used in any way.
Returning and exchanging items at the customer's expense and will be granted up to 14 days from the day of receipt (including the day of receipt). A refund will be given after deducting 5% of the cost of the item(s) or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
Purchase/exchange/return through a delivery service will be at the customer's expense. In the case of an exchange or monetary credit for a purchase on the website, the full value of the item(s) will be given.
All items go through quality control without exception before each shipment, if you received a damaged item, we are sorry for that and ask you to contact us immediately, so that we can help you and deal with the issue. Inquiries about defects will be received up to 48 hours after receiving the shipment.
If you ordered an item from the website that is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to find another item that will suit you, or give you a refund.
