Welcome to the “Glory - Special Designs” website (hereinafter “the Site” https://glori.co.il/). Use of the Site is offered to you subject to the following terms, conditions and limitations (hereinafter “Terms of Use”). Browsing the Site, including purchasing products through the Site and/or reading the materials published therein, will be considered full and unreserved agreement on your part that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Use, and therefore you are requested to read them carefully before carrying out the above, and to act in accordance with what is written in them. The Site reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Use, at its sole discretion, and your continued use of the Site after the publication of updated Terms of Use, including purchasing products through it constitutes your consent to any such change.
If you do not agree to any of the terms stated in the Terms of Use, please immediately discontinue use of the Site.
The provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply to any use and/or purchase you make through this website and shall constitute the legal basis for the relationship between you and the website.

Restrictions and Prohibitions
If you wish to order products through the Site, then as a condition of purchasing products through the Site you undertake the following:
That you are over the age of 18.
That if you choose to pay by credit card or PayPal, then you declare and undertake that the credit card or PayPal account is yours, is valid and that there is sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment.
You undertake that you will not use the Site for any purpose: (a) Uploading content and/or information that you do not own or have the right to use and/or that violates the proprietary rights of a third party. (b) Interfering, disrupting, restricting or preventing the use of the Site by others. (c) Uploading content and information that is false, misleading or harmful to the Site and/or its administrators. (d) Uploading offensive, insulting, defamatory, threatening or pornographic information or any other information of a similar nature. (e) An illegal purpose, or a purpose that contradicts the Terms of Use. (f) Using another person's account, including logging into their card or ordering products for them (g) Using payment methods that are not yours.
The site does not undertake to check and/or audit and/or monitor the content incorporated therein and you hereby release the site from any liability for damage that is caused or may be caused to you in connection with the publication of such content and/or in connection with damage that is caused as a result of the publication of such content.
Your use of the site is for personal and non-commercial use only. You are prohibited from making changes, copying, distributing, broadcasting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, issuing a license, creating derivative works or selling any item of the information, products or services originating from the site.

Use of the Site
The Site is a store for purchasing clothing by designer Ortal Ben Ezra, and also serves as a source of information about new collections and promotions.
The Site presents the products that can be purchased through it in combination with an image and/or video. Next to each product you can see its price and information about the product. The image and/or video are for illustrative purposes only and there is no obligation that the product you purchase will be identical. Exactly as shown in the image.
Using the site does not require registration, however ordering products or purchasing products through the site requires providing personal information. If you decide to make a purchase on the site, you will be required to provide some identifying information about yourself.
In order to order a product, you must click on its image, select a size and quantity, and click the “Add to Cart” button. When you want to make the purchase, you will enter your shopping cart, and click “Proceed to Checkout”. As part of the purchase process, you will be required to enter the shipping address, shipping method and payment method details. All details you provide will be used by the site only within the framework specified in the privacy statement.
The purchase through the site is secure and encrypted using an encrypted security protocol (SSL) in accordance with industry standards, and the site and/or its owners will not have access to the purchase details, and these will not be transferred to any external party except the credit card company or Paypal.
It is clarified that the site and/or its owners will not be responsible for any mistake you make when typing in the payment details.
Upon completion of the Payment Your order will be confirmed. Along with the confirmation of the order, you will receive an e-mail from the site confirming its receipt and specifying the order number and details. Please keep this number for tracking and update the site of any error you discover that has been made. The site may change the delivery time of the products with two days' prior notice. In the event that the site finds out that you have incorrectly typed in details, the site shall have the right to cancel the order even after receiving the order number.
Please note - entering false details is a criminal offense that may result in legal proceedings being taken against you, including but not limited to a claim for tort liability for damages caused to the site and/or its owners.
